I have lease offer on 15s 37e for 400 an acre and 3/16.It is with Turner oil and gas and we have 80 acres. Does anyone have current info in this area?
I just did a lease on 15s, 36e in March. I got $500 plus 20% and $625 on year 4 and 5, if they want to extend the lease. I did not sign with Turner. They made me nervous.

Eight Energy, Inc. Out of Midland. They used Jeffery Tyner in Midland as their landman. He is a very good guy and I felt comfortable signing with him. He may or may not be working on your land deal.

Curious. Is anyone who has old production being re-leased for "Wolfberry" or other unconventional zones? Or, are most of you with leases that are simply being held completely at the mercy of the HBP production?
Also has a question if there is anything in Lovington going on? I mean can you drill in the city limits and if you have minerals in the city limits would it be possible to lease small parcels - would these mineral interests be less valuable in your opinion?
