Can anyone share what activity and what lease terms 16S 36E Section 18 area in Lea County,NM is doing now or within the past year? Can anyone share info. about landmen active in that area?

Happy Holidays! I do not see any filed leases in section 18-16S-36E in the last two years. There are permits for horizontal wells in the township but more to the South and East. The main leasing agents are Broughton Petr, BTA Oil Producers, and Esctacado Land in the sections that do have leases in the last two years.
