Is anyone aware of better offers in south Kiowa county CO

I had an offer for my central Kiowa property for $120, 15% and 4yr & 4yr. Also from the Nov 17 state auction, leases went for in south Cheyenne ($70) and central to NE Kiowa Co. for $55 to $375/ac bonus at 1/6 roy, 5 yr.

I have not accepted any offers yet.
