Comstock’s major owner is Jerry Jones who owns the DALLAS COWBOYs. Just thinking that if the group that leased the 16,962 acres was paid $500/net acre that would total abut 8.5 million dollars! That might not even pay the annual salary of the average player on the Cowboy’s!
