Lease Bonus Offer

We just received an offer of $4,500 per acre for a 3 year lease, 25% royalty in Section 9 Block 72 from Jetta Permian. A previous lease on this acreage with Cimerax expired in late 2016. Would appreciate any information on what is happening in this area and competitive lease rates.

In Reeves County we also have acreage: Section 20 Block 50 in production with OXY, Section 20 Block 54 no production but leased to Edge Resources, Section 15 Block C-10 no production but leased to Clayton Williams and Section 17 Block C-10 no production but leased to Clayton Williams.

We also have interests in the following Counties in Texas: Andrews, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Gray, Howard, Midland, Mitchell, Stephens, Ward, Winkler, and Yoakum.
