On behalf of my family, I’m looking to see what lease bonuses look like in Section 27 Block 36-1-S. What is a reasonably good $ per net mineral acre?
Welcome to the forum. I only see one lease filed and it is a memorandum of lease, so basically no useful info. There are pending permits by Exxon for five horizontal wells. Most folks in TX would want a 1/4th royalty and would get a good oil and gas attorney to help negotiate the lease to get the best clauses and bonus amount.
