Has anyone seen some good lease language to limit the unit size so the number of horizontal wells per unit is a well per acreage number or maybe horizonal well bore length? Such as - a unit can not have less than 1 well per 100 acres or a unit can not have less than 2000ft horizonal well bore per 100 acres?
I am trying to protect myself from signing lease that will allow one horizontal well in a 640 acre unit with very short lateral run.
