Hi! Do you guys ever get lease offers for land that already currently under a lease?
Yes, in fact I have an offer now from a group called Oil Valley for my lease in section 21 6n 6W. Not sure how to proceed. Any comments or advice from similar experiences would be welcome.
My apologies, I may need to start my own discussion, but my comment concerns 35-04N-05W:
I just received a letter (2-9-2017) from Warwick Energy Group offering 3 options: #1 - Bonus$3600/net acre for 20% (1/5), #2 - Bonus $2900/net acre for 22% (1/4.5), #3- Bonus $1850/net acre for 25% (1/4). I have not seen 1/4 offer before (obviously I am looking at the $1850/net acre offer). Is Grady really heating up like this?? Any opinions on this company and if this is a good offer?
