I inherited some minerals in Hughes County. Never really thought much of them but getting an offer to lease them now. With everything going on in the oil industry, is this a good idea? What sort of offers have folks been getting? Thank you!
Would need a section, township and range to get a better answer. Most of Hughes is gas prone, so gas is looking fairly good.
