Received a 3yr/2yr offer for $2000/acre for our interest in this property and wondered if anyone thought it was reasonable:

All of Section 13, Block C-26, PSL Survey, Save and Except the Northeast 160.00 acres in the form of a square out of the Northeast corner of said Section

Thanks for sharing this information. Our family received $1000 an acre in Spring 2011. We have seven sections in Block C-24. Your offer doubles what we received. Our lease terms expire in Spring 2014.
