Would like to know if anyone can tell me about their lease offers for Sections 34 & 35-6N-4W McClain and the bonuses offered? Newfield has a number of leases filed for both sections, along with a few by Chisolm Oil. I have received an offer for $1000 per acre bonus and 3/16ths, $750 per acre bonus and 1/5 RI. Anyone know if Newfield has plans to drill, I see no permits filed? Any info would be appreciated.
