Ellenboro is an arm of Harrisville where the Ritchie Co. courthouse is. You may get a warm body there answering the phone and probably the same at Mount Claire. I thought they were out of Bridgeport or Clarksburg as far as a "main" office. The two places are close to each other with Clarksburg being old and Bridgeport a suburb. I thought those other offices were just there so they could be close to the courthouse. West Union is the main "town" of Doddridge Co. and Middlebourne is Tyler Co's. You can Google a map up and all these places are within 50 miles all told.
Yes, I just found another office in Bridgeport. It's their Appalachian Corp office. That seems more logical. Thanks
Ellenboro is on Highway 50, the main east west highway from Parkersburg to Clarksburg and points east. Antero is drilling a lot in the area east of Ellenboro in Ritchie, near Doddridge so I would guess that office is busy.
Thanks
We all may have to pardon their identity crisis for a while. Things be changin', and it do get complicated. And it's all about to get even more complicated still. An article yesterday stated:
"Antero will undergo a corporate reorganization in conjunction with its IPO. . . . Antero will be a direct subsidiary of the newly formed Antero Resources Investment LLC . . ."--http://currents.westlawbusiness.com/Article.aspx?id=09921a74-125f-4...
So that's what? Delaware?? And that effects the subsidiaries how? I don't know. Confusing.
I think the big lawyers are probably still in Denver at the moment, but the locations of the lawyers assigned to the day-to-day may change depending on the issue at hand and who gets assigned what. And these are interesting times for them.
In my opinion.
Interesting article. At least the IPO is still in the future...not much of one but not like this month.
