Any info on current lease prices around centerville
we were just offered $600.00 a acre to lease our land in leon county, tx. we have land around centerville also. Does anyone know whats going on in leon county, tx. we are in calif.
Terry I leased in Oct. 2010 for $550.00 a acre. about 2 miles east of centerville off spring branch road. I believe from what I have heard price seems good. Make sure to get the royalty portion of any lease pinned down too.

Anyone have experience with leases that signed with a oil company and have given them the option of 2 years after initial 3 yrs. were up. My option is coming up and I am wondering has anyone had their options re-leased .
Hi Nancy, I have had a handful of leases and none of them have ever been re-leased.
