Lease Rates? Acreage in Block C5, PSL survey, section 1,2,11,12

Hi:

i have an offer of $1,350/acre and 25% royalty, but have seen $2k/acre bonus in this forum. Should I be looking for $2,000, or is my acreage not in the same area? Thanks.

I was offered $1000/acre and 25% royalty - also in Block C5. This was last spring.

We got $1,500/acre, 3 year term, 1/4 royalty on the same tract.
