Greetings Good Folks, My family has received an offer to lease or purchase our 1/5 interest in 118 acres from Purple Land Management, working on behalf of Shenandoah Energy Partners. The property is in Sardis District in Harrison County. What would be a fair number for either offer please. Though none of us live there anymore, our family connections to this area go back to pre revolutionary war so we are not in a hurry to sell unless the offer is reasonable. Also, a recommendation for a competent lawyer knowledgeable in this region would be appreciated. Much thanks and positive thoughts to you all.
