Lease Reeves County

We own all of Sec 17 and the W/250 Acres of Sec 14, Blk C-18 PSL Survey, Reeves County Tx 890. acres. Our lease is expiring in June and the current operator may not renew. Anyone interested in this lease. we are surrounded by Petrohawk in all directions they have producing wells next ot our section to the NE and have permitted 3 wells to the West & NW. Can you tell me what is the correct spacing now for a vertical well to the Wolfberry in Pecos County or who I can contact to get this information.

I would say that was an advertisement. I would say that it is not entirely their fault though. Swank did ask if anyone was interested in this lease. This is not the place for that, listings on the home page is, and they are both wrong.
