Anyone having luck lease renewals in Converse County lately?
I have a small amount of acres that CHK intended to release early last year. Their terms were not good. Then BK got closer and they didn’t want to spend the money. Spoke with a land man there last week and it doesn’t sound like anything will happen until after the BK in completed and it doesn’t sound like they have agreed on a drilling plan yet. That is my OPINION from talking to him. It’s hard to get facts. Unless oil prices go up and stay up, things won’t be good.
