Leasing activity in Blk 54

long time follower, first time submission ~ Great information THANKS

My sisters and I have a 3yr lease with a 2yr option with BHP (originally with Petro Hawk). The option payment is due the first of august and BHP isn't returning my calls.

The property is 80 acres in Blk 54, sec 6 about 600 feet from a resolute well in section 8, does anyone know what leases are going for in this area?

Thanks, but when I look at the info don’t know how to determine the location of what was bid on~ I dont know how to determine the blk or sec from the info on the site

Compare the bid notice with the bid results document. The bid notice gives the legal description and the results show how much money was paid.
