Leasing activity SW of Pecos?

My sister and I own a mineral interest in 480 acres about 10 miles southwest of Pecos. The exact description of the property is:

West 480 acres of Section 12, Block C-9, PSL Survey

This property has been leased most recently by Petrohawk/BHP and the lease expires this month. It seems most of the recent activity has shifted NW of Pecos. Does anyone know of any recent leasing activity in this area?

BHP just exercised the option year on our lease on AB4061, Blk c-18 Sec 4, PSL, w/2, SE/4.

We are 80 acres about 8 miles west of Pecos just North of I20.

BHP has been trying to sell land further West but not in our area. You may hear from them soon, if not you can contact them.

Thanks for the info, Fred. We have contacted BHP and they informed us they were not going to exercise their option to extend, so our lease expires in a few days.

Yes, have gotten several hits on my drillinginfo.com subscription for new leases and extensions in this area.
