Staghorn, through their broker, has positively responded with an offer of $1000/A with 1/5 royalty for a top lease on 17 acres owned by one of my relatives. Staghorn, as a successor to Dorado E&P who originally pooled the property, currently has the property leased; however, that lease is expiring in December 2016. It is my understanding that they want to commence drilling as soon as possible.
