Staghorn, through their broker, has positively responded with an offer of $1000/A with 1/5 royalty, for a top lease on 17 A owned by one of my relatives. Staghorn as a successor to Dorado E&P who originally pooled the property, currently has the property leased, however that lease is expiring in December 2016. It is my understanding that they want to commence drilling as soon as possible.
