Does anyone know what this means or what it implies in terms of leasing and royalty payments? This is a section of land in Reeves.
To own the "Leasing Rights" means you do not own the "Surface Rights" but you have the right to lease the minerals. Just my opinion.

honestly it seems to me that it means you would sell your executive rights and become a non participating royalty interest owner. You still get royalties( less, depending on negotiation of sale) but you put the negotiations in someone elses hands.
