I have been offered $1000.00 per acre. Like you I hope something happens soon. The last time this was leased was about 20 years ago for $75.00.
The pooling order I mentioned has been recommended by the Commission and I’ll be checking the occ website for the final order. I’ll let you know what the Commission rules on lease bonus terms.

We have several interests in 1N 4W. Some are older producing interests. I've seen quite a few offers on 1S 4W which would be the 36 square miles to the south. Chesapeake seems to be making a lot of offers.
