Having royalty rights questioned by current operator in Anderson County in the Camp Hill oil field. Does anyone recommend a O/G attorney in this county?
You do not have to have an attorney in the county. As long as they are licensed in the state, they can do work in many counties. The directories tab may be helpful.
You don’t necessarily need an O&G Attorney in Anderson County. I have minerals in more than 15 counties and my O&G Attorney handles them all. He doesn’t live/work in any of them.
