I'm needing some mineral deed work done here in Dallas, TX. I have about 38 small mineral interest ( with little production) mostly in Texas, but with a few in other states. What hourly rate should I expect to pay for attorney, paralegal, documents, etc.?

$250-400 hour for partners, 80-150 hour for paralegals. Big firms can be even higher.
As for ultimate cost, it really depends what kind of shape your records are in and what you want. Do you want them to verify your title on all these? Can be very expensive. On the other hand, if you have good legal descriptions on everything, and don’t want title or legal descriptions checked, it could be less than $1000 plus recording fees.
