Clint thanks for the “inflammatory” article. The gas exists. It can be vented, flared, or piped somewhere to be used. If pipelines aren’t allowed, and flaring isn’t allowed, then the gas will vent, which is the most dangerous, environmentally poor and wasteful option.

Yes, I did not understand the A&M professor’s argument that pipelines should be curtailed. Especially in the Permian and any other established oilfield, not building pipeline takeaway capacity is a great way to massively increase flaring.
