I received a letter from Maxima Minerals offering to buy my mineral interest in Northcutt Pad in Smith County, TX. What is Northcutt Pad?

Here’s what they emailed me back “This offer is for a mineral interest under a 7.65 acre tract in the E Gee Survey, A-137, Smith County, Texas. The offer letters were misnamed, but this interest will most likely eventually be pooled into the Northcutt Unit.” I already have this leased, so I won’t be selling the minerals. I hope this helps you.
Pelischeck, A-137 is North of Interstate 20 just North of Carroll Texas…E Gee Survey is A-10 which encompasses most of the City of Troup Texas
