It is more helpful if you give the abstract number and section if applicable. Be aware that mineral buyers general put out offers in areas where they think drilling will happen soon. Quite often infill drilling or different reservoirs than the original well are the new targets. Offers generally tend to be low to see who will bite. Proceed with caution and get fully informed before selling as it might be advantageous to not sell.
