Newbie here helping out my mom with regards to the above legal description and wanted to see if there was any sort of drilling activity. I also wanted to see if there were any recommendations for any mineral managers familiar with Oklahoma. We are out of state. Thanks in advance!

Not an active area at this time. Who knows what the future holds. Mostly old wells that have been plugged. No new leasing at this time.

If you are new, read the Mineral Help tab at the top, read the county information for Lincoln (I moved your post over to the correct county), read some of the investor presentations for Marathon, Continental, Alta Mesa, White Star, etc and get a feel for what is happening across the state and specifically in Lincoln, ask questions, etc. We will try to help.
