Looking for a Good Oil & Gas Attorney in Richland County, Montana

Hello, all

I will be receiving a lease for mineral rights in Richland Co Montana soon, and would like some recommendations for a reasonable and qualified O&G attorney to go over our lease from the oil company to make sure we are getting a decent lease. We are in Denver, but a local attorney would not be necessary.

Any help would be appreciated on your experiences!

Olson & Burns in Minot, ND is the only law firm I’ve interacted with in the area. They’re not in Richland County, but I’m pretty sure they work the whole region. I’ve only spoken with them, so I can’t comment on the quality of their work.

I also have mineral rights (in ND) and am wondering if you had tried the firm in Minot that was recommended? I am looking for an attorney to help us with finalizing the lease and help us get through probate.

Our need did not materialize as we are now waiting to get our DO.... until that happens, we will wait.
