Any information I can find will be helpful. this land’s mineral rights are owned by several older members of my family all in their 80’s, and they didn’t know about it till a few years ago. How much land, is there any activity going on around it, etc. We all live out of state and there have been several offers made to them in the past few years. The latest was by Cana Woodford Resources, LLC. for $1750.
There is some new interest in the area. I would do a lot more research before I sold or signed a lease, if it is not already leased. If you think it would help I would send my # in a friend request and try to help you with you questions.
