Looking for comps for leases/sales in Howard County

I inherited mineral rights in Howard County at S/2 of Section 36, Block 25, H&TC RR Co. Sy.

Can someone here assist in providing information if there have been in recent sales/leases of mineral rights in that area and, if so, what the NMA have been selling/leasing for?

Cooshman,

There are a couple leases taken back in early to mid 2018 along with a few lease extensions. Other than that, not much going on. In this section there were a bunch of dry holes drilled.

Have you received any cold offers in the mail or by phone? These can often be a good way to detect if an area is about to become hot or not. Once permits are filed in a given area, the cold calls start coming and the prices go up.
