I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum to post this and please direct me to the correct location if possible. I need a Professional to run the records for me and create a chain of title to verify my net acres and to see if there is any other properties that may have been overlooked like the one we just found out about recently, I feel there may have been some recording or documentation errors is why I stated a Professional with some good years of experience that could also check the documents during their work and verify the proper process and methods were applied during the transactions through the years.
