Looking for my minerals in Burleigh County, ND

My Mother has Mineral Rights in Burleigh County, ND. I am having a terrible time locating them. They were recorded in August 1993 with the Burleigh County. I have been managing her property for 2 years now and we don’t show any income received let alone taxes paid. She recently passed away and we are trying to transfer ownership to her heirs. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have the original Conveyance with the original stamps but her property isn’t listed in the Tax Rolls.

Pretty sure you don’t have to pay taxes in ND unless they are producing.

If you go on the ND oil and gas site, you can search the map and see if there are any wells. https://www.dmr.nd.gov/oilgas/

For what it’s worth, there has never been any Oil or Gas production in Burleigh County, nor would I expect any. The geology just isn’t there.
