Looking for people in or around 28N 57E section 23 and 26 specifically, trying to figure out if my lease offers are in the right ball park for the area. 500/acre 20% amd 800/acre 18.75%.

I know Phoenix is also drilling in the area and I believe your offer is in the low end.
Are you in the area linda? I’ve talked to a few people and it seemed to me that I was on the higher end but if your near that area as well I’d be interested what offers you’re hearing of.
We have sections up for lease in Richland county. But not that far from where yours are. From everything that I have been reading most first offers are low as to benefit the leasor.
