own interest in Block 25,sec 5 H&TC survey in Howard co and Lavaca Navigation Survey in Mitchell Co, as well as Block 26, sec 9, 16, 33, 34, 39, 40, 38 w/2, 15 s/2 and NE/4, last lease was 2012 for 3 year term. Was looking to sell partial Intrest what would be a fare asking price?

Are any of the tracts referenced held by production?

Thanks Rodney. Based on what I’ve seen and heard in that area, you can likely fetch a price anywhere from $800 per net acre to $1500 per net acre. The tracts located in Howard will trend toward that higher number, whereas the tracts in Mitchell will be closer to that $800.
