If you own mineral rights but you are not leased, does money go into an escrow account for all mineral rights owners within that location/Section that are not leased?

If the property was subject to a pooling order and the owner did not respond, then it is possible that the funds ended up in the Mineral Owner Escrow Account after a certain number of years. If the property is being produced, then the operator should be contacted to get into pay status.
