You would have to give a more localized legal location as the county prices will vary according to the location and geology involved.
What is the date of the permit? Apache operated here a long time ago and I think sold all their acreage. Unfortunately, this neck of the woods needs high oil prices to be economic and all the rigs moved to West Texas or the Eagle Ford.
