Dusty,
Looking for some more help on our Washington County interests in the Broussard-Leibsher Unit with Magnolia as the operator.
We recently signed a new Arches Co-op Unit Operating Agreement covering 4 Arches wells. They are Arches Two, Arches Four, Arches Six, and Arches Eight. The drilling permits were apparently approved August 30, 2024.
The Plats indicate they are again drilling all 4 wells from one platform located in the northern part of the Co-op Unit. The wells will extend into the William Speak, John P. Gill and Joseph Sharp Surveys.
I believe that the wells have been drilled, but I don’t know if they have been completed or fractured. If you are in the area, I would love to get a first hand report of what stage they are in and photos like you sent last time if at all possible.
Thanks again in advance,
Tomas
Tomas, I’m sidelined temporarily so I can’t tell you what that well site currently looks like. It looks like those wells were spudded in November so they probably haven’t finished fracking yet. I’ll try to get by there in a few weeks and let you know what I see if there is no one else who can tell you what is happening there.
Dusty, Thanks for your reply. Tom
Hi Tom, I checked with Magnolia on Jan 13th and this is the response I received: The Arches wells were recently drilled and are in the completions process. We except the date of first production to be at some point in Feb. with division orders being issued in June.
Hope this helps. If you find anything else out let me know . Thanks Julia
