Addressing companies that refuse to pay royalties without a DO, even after you’ve provided them multiple times with the OK statute.

Thanks. I can add to the list. Have you tried using the “letter in lieu” and sending the W-9 by certified mail and demanding interest? That usually gets the ball rolling. They want the W-9.
