I own minerals in several wells. Does anyone use a software that will not break the bank to manage the revenue payments?
If you don’t have very many, you can use Excel. There are ways to scan a statement into a .pdf and then convert to Excel. You can transfer data into a master Excel sheet from the individuals.
If your operator is part of the Energy Link service by Enverus, then you can sign up for MinIQ which is free in order to get the statements. They have a next level called MINIQ+ which allows Excel downloads. It does have a fee.
There are several other options out there depending upon what “break the bank” means to you.
