My question is quite simple compared to some of the diatribes I've elucidated upon the poor unwitting folk of the mineral rights forum - hehe.
I recently came into possession of a Tobin Map of Karnes County. and I am looking to digitalize it. Which is to say, have every Survey boundary as well as every Tract boundary within each survey sectioned off; each as an individually identified "block" upon the map.
My question is whether or not anyone knows of an online application, or a piece of software which will go through and do this automatically.
If not, no worries, I have Adobe Illustrator, and I'll put in the leg work. But I want to save as much time as I can.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
