That depends.
1 If it was sold for that purpose and the buyer is not using more than agreed, then probably not.
2 If your well is being used to dispose of saltwater produced from the minerals in the spacing unit as your well, then they should be within their rights.
- If there is no agreement described in #1 and SW is being disposed from minerals not in your spacing unit, then there may be a trespass.
