Hello All, My PC died and I lost some info. I am now looking for the online info of the Pages and Volumes of mineral deeds and such for Midland County Texas. I have been to the appraisal district and other Texas sites and I cannot find what I am looking for? I used to have these documents and now they are gone, as well as the URL for them. Any help would be appreciated. MK
Here is link to Midland County TX deed records. You can also research on sites such as Texasfile. All sites will require a payment to download a copy. Besides backing up your hard drive, you should print a copy of important deeds and keep in a folder. That is also important for original leases, division orders, tax statements, etc. This will also save you if your online records are compromised in an attack. You can always scan to a new computer. I also recommend backing up records saved in the cloud for even more security. https://midland.tx.publicsearch.us/
Thanks TD, yes I am aware of backups and such which I had. I unfortunately had the archive backup Hard drive connected looking for info when I had a power failure, then a spike that killed everything. What are the odds? Oh well it does happen. LOL!! Thanks for the info. MK
