My wife got a lease offer for block 19, lots 1,2,3,4 and 5 in the Se/4 Ne/4 Nw/4 of Sec. 5-17N-7E in the amount of $100 per net mineral acre and 1/8 royalty and a 3 year term. Can some one please help me on these details and if it sounds like a good deal or not? Thanks in advance.
