The Dept of Justice discovered that all the counties out west started 2nd fake chains of title by illegal assessing property taxes on private mineral patented property located in federal jurisdiction and them selling the illegally to 3rd parties and continuing to charge taxes to the unknowingly 3rd party that is now trespassing on someone’s federal mineral patent. The county Sheriff has zero authority in federal jurisdiction and the mineral patents are actually none of the counties business because they are federal jurisdiction nor are we required to file anything at the county. Mineral patents were issued after a mineral deposit / lode or placer amount was discovered, generally gold but not always.
