What does: Mineral Payment Not On Holder Report…mean? We are in Burleson County Texas and my friend has oil royalties from her deceased father for which she has never been paid. I’m not sure if any more information is necessary to find out what this means; Mineral Payment Not On Holder Report??? We have yet to prove her inheritance of her father’s properties (mineral rights/oil and gas royalties/real properties) and she has a half sister who has pretty much run right over her…and from what I can deduce on texasfile documents, her sister has taken most all of the rest of their inheritance for herself. (
