My wife’s grandfather sold a section of their property in Ft Stockton Texas, to Billie Sol Estes in the 60’s. He did not pay for it so they sued him. He Had sold the section to 4 friends and leased it back. Her grandfather passed and the court voted to give it back to her grandmother. It ended up going to the Texas Supreme Court and they gave it to The other men! The question is the minerals were not sold but her grandmother thinks it was sold with the land. I have all the paperwork and court documents. We still have 2 other sections there but feel like they were screwed out of this, because BSE was a crook and liar. Went to prison not long after for all the people and government he screwed. I believe if we can get the case reopened we could win. I would also like to know who it shows owns it now.
