I’m looking for a Landman and hoping they know an Attorney as well due to we just in the last year and a half got approached by ExxonMobil about a right of way and now there doing an easement. We have several counties and need help dealing with all of it. Please let me know if interested. Thanks

You will need an attorney that is a specialist in right of way for the particular state as the draft contract you might get from a company will not always be in your favor for a pipeline right of way. The type of pipeline is critical to know. Each state has their own laws, so you would need an attorney licensed in each state to work through whatever issues you are dealing with at that time and place.
