I am an heir to an estate that has mineral rights in the state of Texas. The court is auctioning off the rights in order to close out the estate. Where would you recommend posting a notice of the auction to help bring in bidders? All the the mineral rights are in Texas the owner lived in Minnesota so that is where the auction will be held.

Put the mineral rights on EnergyNet on-line auction which has a huge pool of bidders. Prices on that site go very high and all parties will be assured that estate got the maximum price.

There is an Auction scheduled for June 5th of many tracts of land in Live Oak County Texas. This is several thousands of acres total but they are broken up into many smaller tracts.
