i own the land but not the mineral rights . every state has a mineral attorney right. i dont want to say to much on line because i only own the land and ive found thousands of pounds of this Pd/Rh/Ru/Ag/Fe/In/Cd/Zn . I brought 0.07 hundreths crushed ore to a jewellery shop and they held a xray gun to it and it hit back as R/h .0029 / Pd .0026 / Ru .0012 / Ag .0032 / Fe .0145 / Zn .0243 / Cd .0045 / In i cant rember exactly im going off the top of my head . i know 46 percent of this iron goes back into the pgms if i wasnt to get mieral rights how should i go about selling it ? every body knows just how our government works ! im affriad they will try to take it ! how can i prevent this ?
This forum is for the mineral rights for oil and gas, not the other heavy minerals. You would probably have to check the natural resource code for your state.
Check the deed when you acquired the surface. See what the reservations about mineral rights said. Maybe it reserved the oil and gas and not the surface minerals. Most likely if it is in Texas you own them. Maybe.
